4. TICKET & VIP TABLE SALES — NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

House of Lumma LLC maintains a strict No Refund Policy on all ticket purchases and VIP table reservations. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

4.1 General No Refund Terms

  • ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including personal schedule changes, illness, travel issues, or change of mind.
  • ALL VIP TABLE FEES AND MINIMUM SPEND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a VIP reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, the transaction is final.
  • Partial refunds, credits, or rain checks are not offered except at the sole and absolute discretion of House of Lumma management.
  • Tickets and VIP reservations are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by House of Lumma in writing.

4.2 Event Changes & Cancellations

  • If House of Lumma cancels an event entirely, affected ticket holders will be notified and options communicated in accordance with applicable California consumer protection law.
  • If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets and VIP reservations remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for postponements or date changes.
  • House of Lumma reserves the right to modify event lineups, performers, venue layouts, or programming without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4.3 Denied Entry

  • Guests denied entry due to failure to meet age requirements, dress code violations, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or any other venue policy violation will not receive a refund.
  • House of Lumma reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest at its sole discretion.
